I’ve worked with many plumbers in a past to resolve my heating issue. For 5 years no one has been able to give me a straight answer or solution to my no heat problem in half my house. Manny was incredibly responsive and excellent, especially during our emergency. We were very impressed by his expertise and skills. It only took him seconds to figure out exactly where the leak was coming from. To ensure we don't pay any extra, he carefully assessed exactly what the issues were and fixed that. We ended up paying far less than what we initially thought we'd pay. Emanuel came to our apartment promptly due to multiple clogged drains & was super helpful. My shower drain & sink were backed up and he cleaned them both within 4 minutes. My basement filled with water. It was coming out from various pipes that led to the street. Manny and his team came over immediately and helped repair the issue. Manny saved me thousands of dollars! I had a massive leak in my drainage pipes that connected to my sewage due to wet wipes blockage from the previous owners. I orignially had another contactor and a plumber take a look at it and they couldn't snake the blockage out. So they quoted me over $4k to open up the foundation, replace the pipes, clean up the blockage, and then put the concrete back. I thought that was insane, so I tried my luck with a new plumber and get a second opinion to see if they could fix it. And I'm so glad I went with Manny! Not only was the communication so much easier, him and George were able to snake the blockage out and save me the headache and pain of the replacing everything. Thank you, Manny!
Someone that had used Manny before gave me his number and it was well worth it! I called him and he answered immediately and was at my business in an hour, as he promised. All the men (Jorge and Isreal) were extremely professional and did their absolute best to clean the clog. Manny was on site the whole time and they all worked tirelessly to fix my issue. It was a larger job required them to come back the next morning to finish the job, but they did and the problem was fixed. Manny is very responsive and very professional. This is the fourth time i've used emergency response. Our hot water heater busted in the middle of the night... Emergency Response plumbing & Heating and they did exactly that... They responded immediately, cleaned up the water mess, removed the broken hot water heater and installed a new hot water heater in an efficient manner... They are what they say. They are emergency response plumbers we had an emergency. Our hot water heater broke the night before our vacation. No one else could make it except for these guys. These guys showed up the pooring rain at around seven 8 o’clock in the evening to replace a hot water heater they were able to find the one that matched, and they were able to get the job done. They were clean, professional, and very courteous. Great job definitely recommend them.

They identified the leak as a larger issue, gave an accurate estimate, and were back to do the work the next week. I had a great experience working with Emmanuel to replace a hot water heater. He helped me with my warranty on the old hot water heater and then installed the new unit. He also noted some other issues and i did spend the next few days scrambling to get chimney work done (not even in his area of expertised but he noticed some problems and gave me his expert advice). He also followed up afterwards just to make sure i was taken care of by the other vendors and everything was safe. Great to work with and very responsible.

My steam boiler stopped working. I called Emergency Response Plumbing Heating Sewer and Drain Cleaning in the morning and Manny responded right away and was at my house within the hour. I had this company plumber Manny today for the bathroom vanity installation. Newly purchased by me faucet turned out was defective and he went with me to the Homedepot to get a new one, and the one he chose was much better quality. He did a great job with faucet and vanity installation. He also put a new calking on my tub without charging me for that. I will definitely use his service again and refer him to my friends.

I can’t recommend Manny and his company enough. There is a happy ending to this story, please read until the end. I’m not sure where to start but here it goes. I had initially asked Manny, one of the partners with 20+ years of experience, to check on a boiler that wouldn’t turn on last Wednesday. He tried his best to fix it but recommended we change it after troubleshooting it. After giving our family a quote, my family was hesitant to believe this was a fair price. I was instructed to find ANOTHER plumber for another quote. Fast forward to Saturday, the new plumber provided the quote which was 2 thousand more than Manny initially quoted. Needless to say, my family quickly asked me to call up Manny for his services. Not only did he remove the old boiler, fix a leak behind the boiler (FREE OF CHARGE may I add), install the new boiler in one day (8 hour job) but obviously ymmv. The house got heat before the winter and I am very very happy with the work. He provides lifetime warranty for his work which was also impressive and trust me when I say, I’m definitely going to use their company for the maintenance soon. Shoutout to George as well, the other partner with 30 + years of experience. The staff and two partners were super friendly. They explained everything I needed to know, how long until the next maintenance of the boiler. They made sure all my questions were answered and were more than happy to help me out. We woke up with no hot water and in less than an hour Manny was already at our house. Not even 5 min after that he told us what the problem was and by noon we had a new water heater and they left the area cleaner than they found it. 10/10 recommend. Everyone was very kind, clean and beyond helpful. They even went out of their way to install an exhaust in the boiler room because there wasn’t enough ventilation in there to begin with. I will definitely be using them for all of my plumbing and heating issues in the future.
